Viele Neu-Ulmer:innen erinnern sich auch noch an die Panzerkolonnen, die sich quer durch die Stadt Richtung Nersingen zur Muna drückten.

The signposts indicating US Army installations around the town and surrounding districts were prominent features in the landscape. Many of the locals can remember the columns of tanks rumbling through the town towards Nersingen and the Muna.
